Group Leader Interest Form

Relational discipleship is a key part to the Christian life. We're so encouraged that you're interested in discipling others by leading a Community Group!

Please note that all group leader are required to:
1. Be a member of Christ Covenant 
2. Participate in a Community Group for 6 months 
3. Agree with the doctrinal beliefs put forth by Christ Covenant
